We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Antelope County, Nebraska. You will be based in a five-star hotel. You will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
