Urgent requirement: bread baker (Plateau State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Qua'An Pan, Plateau State. You will be based in a bread factory. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Performance bonus on top of base pay.
