Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Marshall County, Alabama. You will work at a cake shop. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 4+ years on the tools preferred.
