Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in St. Clair County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
