Immediate opening: tile setter (Assam)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile setter in Tinsukia, Assam. The job is in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Ideally you have able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts; skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter; able to work to deadlines on busy sites. Your main tasks: • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹1,700 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
