CNC programmer-operator — Agaie

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Agaie, Niger State. The job is in a die and mould making unit. You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Rotating shifts.
