Great opportunity: pipe TIG welder (Assam)

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam. You will work on a structural steel site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding The role involves set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
