Dishwashing attendant • Yala, Cross River State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Yala, Cross River State. The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 2+ years on the tools preferred.
