Waitress — Ihiala

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Ihiala, Anambra State. On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
