Now hiring: we are hiring a nursery worker in Hardeman County, Texas. Day to day you will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. You should have: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
