You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
