Vacancy available: sausage maker (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Solihull, England. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
