Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
