Kitchen cook — Pike County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Pike County, Illinois. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
