Now hiring: we are hiring a sample machinist in Bodinga, Sokoto State. The job is in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
