Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Wayne County, Iowa. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream 1+ years on the tools preferred.
