Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Walker County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
