Baker wanted in Boripe

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Boripe, Osun State. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Full-time with occasional weekends.
