Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Lapai, Niger State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
