Back-of-house cleaner — Esan Central

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Esan Central, Edo. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
