Urgent requirement: press shop operator (Assam)

Join our team: we are hiring a press shop operator in Kamrup, Assam. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
