Catering cook • Gloucester County, New Jersey

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Gloucester County, New Jersey. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations.
