Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Your main tasks: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Sand and fill walls before applying primer Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
