Tower crane operator • Ughelli South, Delta State

Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Ughelli South, Delta State. The job is in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. On the job you will handle: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
