Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter salesman in Upshur County, Texas. You will work at an FMCG distributor. Ideal candidate: • Neat, well-groomed appearance • Knowledge of the local language and market • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills Day-to-day duties: • Restock shelves and arrange the product display • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Punch orders into the billing/POS system • Negotiate prices and close the deal • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Pitch products door to door along the assigned beat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
