Tree and shrub pruner • Jalpaiguri, West Bengal

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Your main tasks: • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
