Great opportunity: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in DeWitt County, Texas. You will work in a smash repair workshop. You will check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
