Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Edati, Niger State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
