Head baker wanted in Argungu

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Argungu, Kebbi State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards 5+ years on the tools preferred.
