Vacancy available: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Shomgom, Gombe State. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. You should have: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers On the job you will handle: • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
