Join our team: we are hiring a core maker in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. The job is on the moulding line. On a typical shift you will mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. You should bring keen eye for casting defects during inspection; understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling; knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding.
