Great opportunity: we are hiring a gardener in Atchison County, Missouri. You will be based at a private estate garden. Your main tasks: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors 2+ years on the tools preferred.
