You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
