Milling machinist wanted in Devon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machinist in Devon, England. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Requirements: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Your main tasks: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Part-time with flexible hours.
