Kitchen cook • Mbatoli, Imo State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Mbatoli, Imo State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
