Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges The role involves check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets.
