Port container crane operator • Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa State

Join our team: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa State. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day-to-day duties: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
