We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ikole, Ekiti State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦70,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
