You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Six days a week, one day off.
