Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Full-time, day shift.
