Dish pit attendant wanted in Aboh-Mbaise

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Aboh-Mbaise, Imo State. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 2+ years on the tools preferred.
