Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Dandi, Kebbi State. You will work at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Performance bonus on top of base pay.
