Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Wayne County, Michigan. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
