Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Warrington, England. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
