Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Aboh-Mbaise, Imo State. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
