Urgent requirement: banquet server (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Kerr County, Texas. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On a typical shift you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
