Line cook wanted in Sullivan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Sullivan County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
