Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Esan West, Edo. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 2+ years on the tools preferred.
