Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Comal County, Texas. The job is on a busy domestic building site. Day to day you will dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads. What we are looking for: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • CSCS card or willing to obtain one $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
