Now hiring: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Briscoe County, Texas. You will work at a beach resort. On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Part-time with flexible hours.
